Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in the education, tech sectors.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, including compensation and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, on-brand content for influencer partnerships.
  • Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reporting and insights to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the team.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with influencers and followers to foster positive relationships and drive community growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams, including product, customer service, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and brand voice.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
