**Job Description: Influencer Marketing Executive (2 - 3 years experience)**

As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with our client's brand values and objectives. Leveraging your extensive experience in the field, you will manage and expand our influencer network, forging strong relationships with influencers and clients, and executing campaigns smoothly. Maintaining and developing company's revenue growth will be key responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies for our clients.
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and industry leaders to build a diverse and engaged network.
- Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to integrate influencer initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and compensation for influencers and Brands, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Responsible for retaining and maintaining good relationships with brands.
- Proper utilization of full marketing budgets provided by clients and timely execution of the campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Track and analyze influencer campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Manage influencer content creation and ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing best practices and recommend innovative strategies to optimize campaign results for our clients
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure influencer partnerships comply with regulations and guidelines.
- Oversee the day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support for successful collaborations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, agencies, and industry partners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Schedule:
