Responsibilities

  1. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in the media landscape. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders. Develop and implement the overall business strategy to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
  2. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and content creation. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization.
  3. Manage the financial performance of the production house, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
  4. Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance the brand presence and visibility in the industry. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional strategies.


Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience in the media communication and networking industry, with an aptitude for leadership.
  2. Proven track record of successful business development and financial management.
  3. Strong understanding of content creation processes and the media landscape.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  5. Proficient in leveraging digital marketing and social media platforms.
