Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the banking industry and financial products
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Relevant home loan sales and advisory experience with a leading bank or DSA is a must for this role.
