Representative - Business Development
About the Role:
We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing recruitment team In this exciting role, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
You will leverage your communication skills and market knowledge to identify potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and develop customized recruitment Prospect and qualify potential clients within the recruitment industry.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our recruitment services.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
- Participate in industry events and networking Proven experience in a business development or sales role (2+ years).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and current market trends (preferred).
- A genuine passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and achieve targets.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
