Education Qualification: Diploma/ BE/ MTech in Mechanical / MBA - Marketing or Equivalent
Job description:
- At-Least 8+ years of relevant working experience as Business Development Manager in Engineering Sales.- Good experience in handling Tier-1 Clients in Staffing domain- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.- Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.- Experience in managing the Sales Lifecycle, prospecting, cold calling, and selling to close deals.- Experience in all Lead Generation activities, E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References.- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.- Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
