Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to business growth and development. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role is located in Mumbai.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • B2B business acumen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Knowledge of the wellness industry and employee wellness programs is optional
  • Understanding of business strategies and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
