CRE Spacez also acquired ADZI Infrasol, a design & build interiors company, to enhance its services. With an in-house Design & Projects Team, CRE Spacez aims to build premium offices for its tenants. Unlike coworking companies, CRE Spacez focuses solely on offering customized & dedicated offices. The amenities, including the Conference Room, are exclusively available for tenants. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at CRE Spacez India located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The role will involve networking, attending industry events, conducting market research, and developing strategies to expand the client base. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with the in-house Design & Projects Team to tailor office solutions according to client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
- Knowledge of the Office Space Real Estate Industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
