Your goal is to generate qualified Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and schedule phone or face-to-face appointments for our sales team.ResponsibilitiesGenerate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and schedule meetings for the sales team within enterprise accounts.Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and marketing-sourced leads.Conduct initial discovery and qualification, identifying projects, timelines, budgets, and key contacts.Present value propositions clearly, focusing on customer needs and pain points.Build relationships with decision makers, including those not yet ready to engage.Track and manage activities in CRM (Salesforce preferred), ensuring accurate pipeline reporting.Job requirements2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales or lead generation.Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling into the US market.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM; proficiency with MS Office.Internet-savvy and comfortable with prospecting tools and databases.Growth PathClear advancement opportunities into Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR) and, over time, Territory Sales Manager roles. This position has tremendous advancement potential in our company, which is experiencing hyper growth year over year. The compensation package includes attractive salary and an uncapped commission structure.
