Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance in documentation to minimize non-conformities (NC) as per ISO procedures.
- Customer Relationship: Build close customer relationships and generate RFQs.
- Learning: Update technical knowledge of fine chemical products through online and physical trainings, reading articles, gaining market intelligence, and understanding their end use to improve the index year over year.
- NOD: Maintain NOD within 62 days and keep overdue receivables within a 2% limit. Improve these numbers if LC is allowed.
- New Product Sales: Achieve sales for new products and advanced diketones.
- Safety & Compliance: Coordinate with HO and monitor stock points for safety and compliance by visiting at least quarterly. Complete all deemed export documents on time, ensure timely supplies, and maintain proper records.
- Sales Target: Achieve target sales.
- Strategic Goal: Identify at least one potential product from each customer.
- Stretched Budget: Achieve an additional stretched sales target.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience.
- B.Tech/BE in Chemical and MBA qualifications.
