Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Farmlands division. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, and business development, particularly in real estate, AgriTech, or sustainable development sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability, strong leadership abilities, and a results-driven approach.
Key Qualifications and Skills- Leadsquare CRM expertise for effective customer data management and engagement.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Strong account management capabilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of AgriTech solutions and their applications in real estate and farming.
- Market analysis proficiency to identify trends and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Strategic planning expertise to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
