An ideal candidate will have a background in engineering (preferably Tier-I colleges), an MBA (Tier I/ II B Schools) and relevant experience in Marketing and Business Excellence (B2B/ EPC domain). You would be heading the Marketing and Business Excellence teams in building overall GTM strategies, driving ATL/ BTL marketing efforts, drive business process improvements, market research and analytics.


Requirements & Qualifications

MBA from a Tier I/II institute with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical/ allied domains).

15+ years of experience in the B2B industrial sector.

Proven track record in digital marketing and product marketing.

Strong understanding of global market dynamics and business analytics.

Experience working with B2B/ EPC players is a must.

Strong financial acumen, understanding of Project business and budget management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Lead product marketing initiatives, ensuring our solutions are effectively positioned in the market.

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, website management, and other channels to enhance our digital presence.

Analyse the effectiveness of various marketing channels and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.

Develop content marketing strategies to engage and educate potential customers through blogs, newsletters, and social media.

Plan and execute participation in key industry expos and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.


Business Excellence/ Analytics:

Utilize advanced business analytics to support the management in making informed business decisions.

Drive Business excellence efforts by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track overall business performance, marketing performance and ROI.

Head the analytics/ excellence efforts to improve business processes while aligning with the annual operating plan.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
