Job Description

eWay Corp/Wagento seek an ambitious and results-driven Head of Marketing who can drive our marketing efforts to new heights. The ideal candidate is an excellent manager, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about generating new inbound leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and market dynamics. Possess a comprehensive understanding of channel strategies, demand generation, and metrics related to marketing campaigns and analytics.
  • Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive B2B landscape.
  • Global Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all international markets, adapting strategies to local cultures and preferences. Oversee ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals across different regions, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Capable of conducting analyses of social media, website performance, and overall marketing data to effectively communicate impact and return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive strategies and successful product launches.
  • Digital Marketing and Innovation: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to drive global campaigns, staying ahead of digital trends and technologies. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals. Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and build strategic partnerships. Focus on enhancing the customer journey and improving the overall shopping experience on the company's e-commerce platforms.
  • Crisis Management and PR: Handle public relations and crisis management, ensuring the company's reputation is maintained across all markets.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of integrated marketing experience, emphasizing marketing and communications strategy, planning, and proven experience in leading global accounts.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
  • Demonstrated success within B2B/B2C marketing.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role in the IT service industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a strategic vision.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Education

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
