Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy and :
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the companys revenue targets for probiotics.
Drive the expansion of business in new and existing markets.
Formulate a robust sales pipeline with a focus on B2B B2C and international markets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver on targets and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop sales forecasting budgeting and performance analysis systems.2. Marketing and Brand Development:
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote probiotics products to both domestic and international markets.
Execute digital marketing campaigns including social media SEO email and content marketing to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Work on product branding and positioning for new product launches.
Collaborate with R&D for product development and marketing alignment.3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and manage relationships with key clients distributors and partners.
Drive customercentric approaches and strategies to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Oversee customer feedback mechanisms and align marketing efforts accordingly.4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends competition and customer needs.
Identify growth opportunities and suggest new product lines or improvements to existing products based on market insights.5. Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a dynamic sales and marketing team.
Provide training and performance management to the sales and marketing teams.
Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture focused on achieving ambitious sales targets.6. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate with the R&D production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control of products.
Coordinate with finance for pricing strategy and contract negotiations.
