Job Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end events, including executive roundtables, webinars, workshops, and more.
  • Develop strategies to grow and engage our community through online and offline initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events and community initiatives.
  • Manage the promotion, attendance, and feedback process for all events.
  • Oversee post-event follow-ups and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Build and foster a strong network within our target industry segments


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and community management, ideally in the marketing or tech industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior-level executives.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for building and nurturing professional communities.
  • The work timings will be US Shift from 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
