Job Title : Engineering Leaders (Women across Level)

Location : Gurugram (Onsite)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Engineering Leaders to lead engineering operations and manage the strategic and day-to-day functioning of our Gurugram , development center. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in the financial domain with strong organizational and people leadership. This role will focus on delivering robust banking solutions while also building a world-class development center culture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the engineering roadmap aligned with banking product goals.

- Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable financial applications.

- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Compliance) to deliver features that meet regulatory requirements.

- Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent across disciplines.

- Build an inclusive and high-performance engineering culture.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, skills assessments, and career planning.

Responsibilities :

- Ensure strong coordination and collaboration across global teams.

Project Delivery & Operations :

- Manage program and project delivery, ensuring alignment with business timelines and budgets.

- Set and monitor engineering KPIs : system reliability, development velocity, code quality, etc.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7 -15 years of experience in engineering leadership, with at least 2+ years in a senior management role.

- Experience in the banking or financial services domain, especially digital banking, core banking, or payments with Java as primary language

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
