We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Head to lead and grow our PLM IT Services Practice.

This role requires deep domain expertise, people and delivery leadership, customer relationship skills, and strong business acumen.

The Practice Head will be responsible for building strategic capabilities, driving innovation, scaling delivery, and ensuring customer success.

Location- Hinjewadi Phase-1, Pune

Work Mode- Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

1. Practice Leadership:

- Define the strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with company goals.

- Build, manage, and scale practice capabilities people, solutions, tools, and processes.

- Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.

- Strengthen the PLM practice by enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.

- Manage the practice (multiple projects) with minimal dependency on top management.

Business Growth & Customer Success:

- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.

- Drive account mining and expansion opportunities within key client accounts.

- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with strategic customers.

- Understand financial KPIs and actively drive profitability and growth targets.

Delivery Oversight:

- Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects within the practice.

- Implement robust governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and manage escalations.

- Define and monitor delivery KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent performance.

- Manage services project delivery with strong customer management and satisfaction focus.

Capability Building:

- Identify future skill requirements and proactively build internal competencies through training, mentoring, and hiring.

- Collaborate with HR to attract, retain, and develop top PLM talent.

- Build a scalable organization supported by strong internal processes and IT systems.

- Manage the talent pyramid effectively - including skills alignment, attrition control, and resource utilization.

Solution Innovation & Thought Leadership:

- Drive the creation of reusable IP, frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions.

- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.

- Stay ahead of emerging market trends, tools, technologies, and competitor strategies.

Personal Attributes:

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives.

- Operates with minimal personal constraints, bringing a solution-focused and resilient mindset.

- Committed to continuous improvement and innovation in every aspect of practice management

Key Skills & Requirements:

Experience Range - Min 15 to 25 years

- Experience in IT services with at least 5 years in Project/Practice Management.

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven experience in building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).

- Optional: Strong background in one or more PLM platforms (e.g , 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, Windchill, Teamcenter).

- Deep delivery and people management experience across global, cross-functional teams.

- Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and demonstrated executive presence.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Engineering or Technology graduate; MBA preferred
