**Job Description: Sales Manager & Customer Coordinator for Diabetes & Renal Specialty Clinic**


**Location:** Gurgaon, Delhi


**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager & Customer Coordinator to join our Diabetes & Renal Specialty Clinic. This role will be critical in driving patient engagement, managing sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare sales and a passion for improving patient outcomes.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Sales Management:**

  - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive clinic growth and patient acquisition.

  - Identify and engage with potential referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations.

  - Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.


2. **Customer Coordination:**

  - Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about clinic services.

  - Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless patient experience from initial contact through treatment.

  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is addressed.


3. **Marketing and Outreach:**

  - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to raise awareness about diabetes and renal health services.

  - Organize community outreach programs, health fairs, and seminars to educate the public and promote clinic services.


4. **Team Collaboration:**

  - Work closely with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care for patients.

  - Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery.


5. **Administrative Duties:**

  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and patient feedback.

  - Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts related to sales and marketing efforts.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing , Medicine, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field with Certification as Diabetes Educator. 

- Proven experience in sales of Diabetes Patient care services 

- Strong understanding of diabetes and renal health 

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to build and nurture relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
