Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.
What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
- Act as a point of contact for restaurants, addressing their needs and resolving technical and operational issues.
- Maintain effective communication with restaurant partners to foster strong, collaborative relationships.
- Assist in the day-to-day restaurant metrics ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate an understanding of restaurant requirements to be able to service accurately and effectively.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly restaurant performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Manage a set of restaurants to ensure KPIs are met based on their performance and work closely with Restaurant partners to improve metrics month on month.
- Help in identifying challenges and future opportunities.
What you'll need:
- Prior experience working in a similar role dealing with restaurant partners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English. (Hindi, Malayalam speakers preferred).
- Should go over and beyond in dealing with restaurant partners.
