Production Executive

**Job** **Profile**:

- He shall report to Manager(Bakery)
- He shall attend the shift duties and any other duties assigned by the Bakery Manager.
- He shall initiate the production process at the beginning of the shift and produce, pack different product items as per the production planning given by the Manager
- He shall check the quality raw materials and all the consumables that goes in to production
- He shall weigh/measure the raw materials as per the recipe and issue to the chuff/Cook
- He shall enter all the data in the production log sheet of each and every product made and later in the system at the end of the shift.
- He shall ensure good hygienic conditions and personnel hygiene of of those engaged for production.
- He shall supervise the dispatch of products as per the dispatch sheet to different units.
- He shall ensure optimum utilization of resources available
- He shall try to do Market reserch and introduce new varites of products.
- He shall ensure all the statutory printing is done on the packing.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
