We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter with a minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, specifically in the field of IT. As a Lead Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier IT professionals to join our organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters.


Responsibilities: -


  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in sourcing and hiring top IT talent.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT candidates. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of resumes, applications, and portfolios to identify suitable candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure a competitive advantage in attracting top IT talent.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT positions.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and experience accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
