Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field is required; a master’s degree is a plus.

10+ years of experience in collections required, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.

Ability to manage a team of field and tele calling collections executive and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience managing collections in a multicultural or multilingual setting is also preferred.
