Job Description:
Floatr is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnership Manager to drive the growth of our corporate partnerships. As the Corporate Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, particularly HR and Finance heads, to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong industry network and a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and target potential corporate partners aligned with Floatr's mission and objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HR and Finance heads within corporate organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow corporate partnerships and revenue streams, taking ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) for corporate accounts.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of employee benefit programs, financial products, and investment strategies to effectively advise corporate clients on optimizing their financial offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of partnership initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in corporate partnership management or enterprise sales.
- Strong industry network with HR and Finance heads in corporate organizations.
- Proven track record of driving corporate growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefit programs, financial products, and investment strategies.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
