Overview:
TheSenior Manager Banking Alliances plays a critical role indeveloping and nurturing strategic partnerships with bankinginstitutions to drive growth and enhance the organizations marketposition. They are responsible for negotiating and managingalliance agreements ensuring the alignment of business objectivesand driving mutually beneficialoutcomes.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand execute a comprehensive strategy for banking alliances tomaximize market reach and revenueopportunities.
  • Negotiate partnership agreementsincluding pricing service levels and key terms in collaborationwith legal and finance teams.
  • Collaborate withinternal stakeholders to integrate alliance strategies into overallbusiness plans and sales initiatives.
  • Leadcrossfunctional teams to drive the implementation of allianceprograms and ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitorand analyze alliance performance against set targets and developstrategies for continuous improvement.
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities with existing and potentialbanking partners.
  • Provide leadership andguidance to the banking alliances team fostering a culture ofexcellence and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and industry standards in all allianceactivities.
  • Represent the organization atindustry events conferences and client meetings to strengthenpartnerships and identify emergingtrends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and productteams to develop and promote joint offerings and gotomarketstrategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reportson alliance performance and market trends to seniormanagement.
  • Manage alliance budgets andresources effectively to achieve desiredresults.
  • Stay abreast of industry developmentsand competitor activities to inform alliancestrategies.
  • Foster a culture of excellencecollaboration and innovation within the banking alliancesteam.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Finance or related field; Mastersdegree preferred.
  • Proven experience innegotiating and managing strategic partnerships within the bankingor financial services industry.
  • Demonstratedtrack record of driving revenue growth and market expansion throughalliance relationships.
  • Strong financial acumenand ability to analyze complex financial proposals andmodels.
  • Excellent relationship management andcommunication skills with the ability to influence and collaborateeffectively at all levels.
  • Leadershipexperience in building and leading highperformingteams.
  • Indepth understanding of bankingproducts services and industryregulations.
  • Ability to navigate complexorganizational structures and drive consensus amongstakeholders.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing multiple alliance partnershipsconcurrently.
  • Strategic thinker with theability to develop and execute innovative partnershipstrategies.
  • Strong project management andorganizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meetdeadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Soundknowledge of market trends competitive landscape and industry bestpractices.
  • Ability to travel as necessary tomeet with banking partners and attend industryevents.
  • Professional certifications in alliancemanagement or related field will be anadvantage.
