Description : We're looking for a skilled Configuration/ServiceNow Specialist to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMDB and core ITSM modules, ensuring smooth operations, scalability, and continuous improvement of the : 4+ : Pune Responsibilities : - Administer, configure, and support core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.- Maintain and enhance CMDB data quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness of configuration items.- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts to automate and optimize processes.- Monitor platform health and performance, and proactively resolve technical issues.- Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow modules and features in line with best practices.- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and user experience.- Support system integrations (e.g., with Active Directory and monitoring tools).- Build reports and dashboards to enhance visibility and Skills & Experience : - 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, support and development.- Strong experience of ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and its components.- Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
