We are seeking an experienced RBI Compliance Manager with strong domain expertise in FEMA, RBI regulations, SEZ compliances and GIFT City regulatory frameworks. The role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end compliance across all regulated activities, managing regulatory reporting, and serving as a key liaison with statutory authorities.Ensure full compliance with RBI Master Directions, Circulars, and Notifications relevant to the organization’s operations. Develop and implement internal policies, SOPs, SEZ and compliance frameworks. Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory filings and responses to queries. Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, sectoral caps, and reporting timelines under FEMA. Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and internal audits. Monitor updates to RBI/FEMA/IFSC guidelines and ensure ongoing compliance. Conduct training sessions for business and operations teams on regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications & Experience:3–5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within NBFC, Capital Markets, or GIFT City entities. RBI Master Directions & Compliance Frameworks. FEMA (Inbound & Outbound Investments, Reporting, Capital Account Transactions) GIFT City Regulatory Ecosystem.
