Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure end-to-end statutory compliance and lead the compliance team in managing labor law-related obligations efficiently and accurately.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 3 members handling ESI, PF, LWF, and PT challans, returns, and case management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns and payments.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients regarding compliance matters.
  • Monitor changes in statutory regulations and ensure company adherence.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance records.

Required Skills:

  • Graduate, 6–7 years of experience in statutory
  • compliance, preferably in labour law and payroll compliance domains.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF, and PT regulations and processes.
  • Proficiency in compliance filing portals and reporting tools.
  • Excellent client communication and team management skills.
  • Expertise in labour law compliance.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Leadership and problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
