Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure accurate and reliable reports.
  • Utilize Advanced Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, Countif, HLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation) for daily reporting and analysis.
  • Download, clean, organize, and map data from multiple systems based on reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors regarding observations, discrepancies, and documentation.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of vendor responses and ensure timely updates.
  • Monitor vendor payment agreements and prepare/maintain documentation for future reference.
  • Work closely with various departments to facilitate timely vendor payment clearance.
  • Conduct data cleaning, tabulation, and verification, ensuring high standards of accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage multiple tasks and reporting assignments simultaneously.
  • Deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong team collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven 3-4 experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, and Vendor Coordination.
  • Strong command of Advanced Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
