About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills along with the ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market needs, and potential customers.- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to generate new sales pipelines.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, including architects, structural consultants, and PMC.- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to potential clients, showcasing the companys products and services.- Fix and manage meetings with decision-makers and conduct in-house presentations for targeted groups.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and expand professional networks.- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement branding strategies, advertising campaigns, and social media outreach.- Develop strategic partnerships with companies or organizations to broaden market presence.- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, track progress against targets, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.Required Skillsets:- Proven experience (5 - 10 years) in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in [Industrye.g., construction, real estate, engineering solutions, or related B2B industries].- Strong market research and analytical skills.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.- Result-driven with a strategic mindset and a strong business acumen.- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Educational Qualification:- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
