Job Title: Sales and Business Development

Location: Delhi

Reporting - National Head of AMC Sales


Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in the

Asset Management Company (AMC) Sales Department. As a key player in our organization,

you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, and fostering strong client relationships

within the North Region.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with Distributors (Independent Financial Advisors) and regional distributors

(Delhi NCR and Punjab region)

• Business development with prospective partners and enlarge the scope of existing

Distributor relationships and penetrate.

• Increase Market Share for empanelled Distributors.

• Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and

good-will

• Understanding the Distribution Business model & mobilizing sales accordingly.

• Planning & executing activities/tie-ups to drive sales through respective channel.

• Updating Distributors of financial markets, various product.

• Maintain superior sales support & services for higher market share.

• Ensuring that the distributor partner and their teams are trained on all products and

Operational procedures and Informed on the Regulatory Changes on regular basis


Qualifications:

• Post graduate degree in Finance and/or marketing.

• Proven track record of success in asset management sales and business development

• Strong entrepreneurial zeal

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of financial

markets, alternate investment products and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
