Gururo is seeking a proactive and driven HR Intern to join our team onsite at our Vadodara (Akshar Chowk) office. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment with training and guidance provided throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:

    • Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews

    • Maintain candidate databases

  • HR Operations:

    • Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes

    • Help manage documentation and HR compliance

    • Support employee engagement activities

  • Project Management & Coordination:

    • Assist in managing HR-related projects and initiatives

    • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of HR processes

Requirements:

  • Must have strong spoken English communication skills

  • Students or recent graduates in HR, Management, or related fields

  • Must be willing to work onsite at Akshar Chowk, Vadodara

  • Must commit to a minimum of 3 months
