Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Generate leads through various channels including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets and objectives.
- Work with the team to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Customize offerings to address client-specific needs and concerns.
- Close deals and facilitate the contract signing process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market dynamics.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product/service development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
