Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead the project team of Skid, Module
  2. In depth Knowledge about fabrication practices of Skids & its components
  3. Wide exposures to various manufacturing techniques and scheduling of Skid Modules.
  4. Capability of leading and organizing the entire Skid Projects at multiple plants.
  5. Achieve customer satisfaction level of 90% as minimum.
  6. Establish objectives, standards and production schedules with cost & delivery effectiveness.
  7. Organise the resources for various Projects, Production, Planning and Maintenance activities in line with requirements.
  8. Knowledge of ASME standards and IBR codes and EN codes, lean manufacturing techniques.
  9. Preparation of COR, negotiation with customer to get Change orders
  10. Realization of milestone payments
  11. On time delivery to avoid LD
  12. Managing Real time projects from start to end.
  13. Manage Commercial aspects & other contract conditions.
  14. Manage the material requirements planning (MRP) and mitigate material risks
  15. Oversee Capacity Planning and in Implement best inventory practice / level of inventory
  16. Coordinate with design team/ Projects team / Purchase team / Vendors or suppliers /Shop production planning team to align with Monthly production plans .
  17. Drive continuous improvement in vendor development & in selection of vendors for procuring the raw materials / sub-contracting
  18. Participate in root cause analysis and collaborate on corrective and preventive strategies with Operations & Procurement team.

15-20 years, Projects Management of Skids / Process Modules ; exposure in the field of Static Equipment/ Boiler Pressure Parts / Spools will be added advantage.

Competencies required:

Excellent written & oral communication skills, working knowledge of computers (MS Office), knowledge of commercial/ contractual terms. In depth Knowledge of ASME , IBR , EN Codes which require to help in Procurement/identifying the best suppliers for raw materials Specifications & Standards of reputed EPCs / EIL / Process Licensors would be added advantage ,Knowledge and Certification in Prime vera , experience in MS Project . Review & Analyse the MTO / Drawings / Technical documents to identify the scope of work .
