We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead Smart City ERP initiatives. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business analysis and prepare detailed specifications (SRS, BRD, FRD).
  • Explain workflows and technical details to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management standards and improve processes.

Qualifications include a BSc/BCA/BE/BTech in Computer Science, MCA, MSc IT, or MBA (Operations), 7-10 years' experience, including 2-4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects, and PMP or equivalent certification.
