  • Position OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and dedicated professionals to join our team as Senior Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager. These roles are pivotal in driving the SBFM project, which aims to enhance financial management practices to ensure better resource utilization and improved educational outcomes for underprivileged children.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagerLeadership & Strategy: Lead the SBFM project, developing and implementing strategies to achieve project objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with school principals, Supervisor, and other stakeholders. Monitoring & Evaluation: Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of project activities, ensuring alignment with goals. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.

Assistant Project ManagerField Coordination: Assist in coordinating field activities, including meetings with school principals and staff. Data Collection & Analysis: Support in gathering and analyzing data related to financial management practices in schools. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, meetings, and reports.

Support to Senior Manager: Provide administrative and logistical support to the Senior Project Manager in executing project tasks.

  • Qualifications & SkillsSenior Project ManagerAny Master's degree in Education, Social

Work, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in Field management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Assistant Project ManagerAny Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups. Basic proficiency in MS Office.
