BIM Project Leadership Role

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead BIM projects from inception to completion.

This role requires at least 20+ years of experience in the field, with responsibilities encompassing team leadership, project management, client relationships, business growth, financial planning, and implementation of industry best practices in BIM project management.

  • Project Management:
    • Lead multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project outcomes.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to established BIM standards and methodologies.
    • Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues. Handle QA/QC including Clash Co-ordination.
  • Client Relationships:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and progress.
    • Attend client meetings to thoroughly understand their project requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Business Growth:
    • Contribute to business meetings to drive growth and expansion of the organization's BIM services.
    • Utilize extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals that showcase the company's advanced BIM capabilities.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to secure new projects.
  • Financial Planning and Control:
    • Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial viability.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
    • Maintain control over project timelines, taking prompt corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
    • Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies and incorporate them into project workflows.
