Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/Revit Coordinator to lead our Mumbai office in implementing and maintaining Building Information Modelling (BIM) standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global architecture and design firm, ranked among the world's top 100 international firms.

About the Role:

  • This role requires a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related Built Environment discipline, with a minimum of 5+ years' post-qualification experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction domain.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, preferably with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
  • A strong understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ensuring alignment with global technical and quality standards.
  • Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
  • Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
  • Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
