Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting to closing — for our CRM SaaS product. You will be working with clients across various industries and must possess a strong understanding of solution-based selling and the SaaS landscape.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through field visits, networking, events, and cold outreach. - Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our CRM platform can add value. - Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client use cases. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all sales activities and pipeline forecasts. - Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Requirements:- 2–5+ years of field sales experience in SaaS, ideally CRM or B2B software. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. - Experience selling to C-level executives and decision-makers. - Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar). - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Ability to travel within your assigned territory. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Nice to Have:- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive). - Background in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients. - Familiarity with API integrations and SaaS implementation cycles.What We Offer:- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure. - Travel and expense reimbursement. - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. - Professional development and training budget. - A collaborative, high-performance culture with room to grow.
