Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Okhla Phase 1

Company Overview: Rawble is a B2B raw material procurement platform for the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, and Animal Care products industries making manufacturer-to-manufacturer procurement possible by removing all intermediaries in between. It was formed with the simple intention of empowering SMEs who struggle to grow owing to the numerous bottlenecks in today's elaborate supply chain. It was founded by seasoned experts who have been in the B2B raw material industry for many years together and have first-hand witnessed the plethora of difficulties faced in the industry. Rawble was borne to eradicate these issues by comprehensively moving the entire end-to-end process online

Position Overview: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, understanding their needs and objectives to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services, ultimately driving revenue growth within your portfolio of Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Understand the goals and objectives of each key account and develop strategies to meet their needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support key account initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to key clients.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to key clients, showcasing our products/services and value proposition.

- Monitor key account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

- Address any issues or concerns raised by key clients in a timely and professional manner.

- Stay informed about industry trends and changes that could impact key accounts.

- Travel to meet with key clients as Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role, preferably within the industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other tools for managing client relationships.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
