Job Description – Key Account Manager (KAM)

Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Management to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Specialist will be to drive business growth through the implementation of a robust sales strategy. Your role will involve hunting & converting leads and prospects into valued customers for the company.

The person would be responsible for fulfilment & client management.

Job Description:


ü Should have good Communication Skills

ü Post-Graduate/Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Key Account Manager in industries such as Background Verification Companies (BGV), Banking, Fintech, or Merchant Onboarding (e.g., GPay / Paytm)

ü Designing, monitoring, analysing, and troubleshooting MIS Data

ü Must be a good Team Handler

ü Must be able to Manage Clients Escalations

ü Team Management Skills

ü Ground Staff Handling Skills

ü Prepare Growth Strategies of accounts.

ü Should have good communication and Convincing Skills

ü Escalation Handling Skills

ü Should be target oriented.

ü Good Analysis Skills

ü Prior Experience would be preferred.

ü Team Coordination Skills

Interaction with various teams:

Ø Review with training team if issues occur.

Ø Client satisfaction/ dissatisfaction with Senior Management

Ø Capable to Implementation New Projects on Ground


Preferred Companies for Hiring:


Candidates with Account Management (BGV) experience from reputable organizations such as PAMAC, Pick My Work, Gig Marketplace, Task-MO, and similar companies are highly encouraged to apply.

Important Notes:


  1. Salary Range: 3 LPA to 8 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)
  2. Eligible for incentive plans based on performance
  3. Probation Period: 3 months
  4. Role may require both local and outstation travel
