The Role

  • Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Developing internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Organizing data to gain customer insights and improve sales productivity.
  • Supporting sales team with planning and operational tasks to achieve business goals.
  • Planning and designing sales incentives, analyzing territory for maximum efficiency.
  • Providing pricing and contract support with competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring sales performance indicators for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensuring sales process adoption and identifying areas for improvement.

Ideal Profile

  • 1+ year experience in Sales/Relationship Manager or Sales Operations role.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Adaptable to changing environments.
  • Goal-driven and thrives in fast-paced settings.
