What you will be doing:
- Drive Workplace Culture:Lead initiatives to foster a strong, inclusive, and
- high-performing culture, ensuring that the values are deeply embedded across the organization.
- Talent Strategy & Acquisition: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract, hire, and retain top talent, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Organizational Development: Design and implement organizational structures and talent strategies that support business needs and drive operational excellence.
- Employee Engagement: Implement targeted engagement programs and recognition initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns to maintain a motivated workforce.
- HR Operations &Compliance: Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Employer Branding: Own and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
- Manpower Planning: Lead manpower planning and budgeting to ensure the organization’s staffing needs are met in alignment with business growth.
- HR Systems & Technology: Manage and optimize HR systems and technology to improve HR service delivery and data-driven decision making.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and support a fair, inclusive workplace.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Bring 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, with a focus on talent strategy performance management, and organizational development in high-growth environments.
- Excel in aligning HR strategies with business goals, demonstrating strong business acumen and effective stakeholder management.
- Have a proven track record of driving DEI initiatives and building inclusive, positive workplace cultures.
- Are skilled in developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans that attract and retain top talent.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and driving HR initiatives across the organization.
- Have hands-on experience in HR operations, including compliance, HRIS management, and process optimization.
- Are a strategic thinker with a proactive approach, ready to lead HR initiatives that support our mission of transforming the workforce landscape.
