We are seeking a seasoned General Manager Human Resources to drive people-related interventions and act as a trusted advisor to our Leadership team. This strategic role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Job Description

About the Role:

We require an experienced and dynamic General Manager Human Resource who will thrive in our fast-paced organization and offer ample opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a professional mindset, comprehensive knowledge of Indian employment laws and compliance regulations, outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to the Leadership team on all human resource matters related to people management.
  2. HR Policy Development: Collaborate with the management team and VP People Management to develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
  3. Statutory Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations in India.
  4. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to boost employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  5. Payroll & Attendance Management: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll and attendance.
  6. Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute efficient recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  7. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HR admins and recruiters, providing guidance and support.
  8. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs) for the HR department, presenting regular updates to the management.
  9. Employee Development: Provide continuous opportunities for training and professional enhancement.
  10. Performance Evaluation: Design and implement effective evaluation systems, coaching managers and addressing underperformance.
  11. Employee Life-cycle Management: Own the complete employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  12. Conflict Management: Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  13. Retention Programs: Design and execute initiatives that align with our company's values and culture to ensure high employee retention.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, LLB, IR/Personnel Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 15-20 years of HR management experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹60-80 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
