Job Description :

· Assist in planning and coordinating wedding events.

· Support sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.

· Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and client presentations.

· Maintain client communication and ensure excellent customer service.

· Assist in marketing event promotions via social media and other platforms.

· Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics.

· Provide on-site support during events, including setup and troubleshooting.

· Track sales progress and update CRM systems.

· Assist with event documentation, contracts, and budgeting.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Interest in the wedding or events industry is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
