Job descriptionWe are looking for a Facilities & Administration professional to support end-to-end facility management, workspace planning, and maintenance operations for our Hyderabad office. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing technical infrastructure, and ensuring smooth functioning of all facility systems.Responsibilities- Manage workspace planning, seating allocation, and coordination with business units. - Oversee maintenance of UPS systems, battery banks, HVAC/VRF systems, and electrical infrastructure including 11KV HT yard, switchgears, and panels. - Handle fire and safety systems (NOVEC 1230, sprinklers, hydrants, alarms) and integration with AHU/ACS systems. - Manage access control, CCTV, boom barriers, turnstiles, and panic bar systems. - Supervise BMS operations, DG sets, lighting, sensors, and pantry or kitchen electrical equipment. - Oversee maintenance of office interiors, furniture, signage, gym and sports equipment. - Handle AMC renewals, vendor management, and preventive maintenance schedules. - Supervise maintenance teams (electricians, AC technicians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). - Participate in new office setup from bare shell to functional stage. - Ensure compliance, documentation, and safety standards are met.Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. - 5–7 years of experience in Facility Management Services, preferably in IT/ITES environments. - Strong knowledge of UPS, HVAC, fire systems, BMS, and electrical panels. - Working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Telugu. - Experience in team supervision, vendor coordination, and process management. - Detail-oriented and process-driven with a focus on operational excellence.
