The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless experience for members by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-equipped facility while managing operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Facility Maintenance:- Oversee the maintenance and repair of gym equipment, ensuring all facilities are in top condition. - Schedule and supervise regular cleaning and upkeep of the premises. - Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers.Safety and Compliance:- Ensure the fitness center adheres to health, safety, and building regulations. - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any potential hazards promptly.Operations Management:- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. - Monitor utilities and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness. - Manage inventory of supplies, including gym equipment, cleaning materials, and other essentials.Team Leadership:- Supervise and guide facility staff, including cleaners, maintenance personnel, and contractors. - Provide training to staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.Member Experience:- Collaborate with the front desk and management team to address member feedback or concerns related to the facility. - Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all members and visitors.Budget Management:- Plan and manage the facility's maintenance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. - Provide regular reports to management on operational costs and performance.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of maintenance, safety, and operational processes. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office Suite. - Strong leadership and communication skills.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - A supportive and dynamic work environment.
