The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead Cosy Farms mission to redefine urban food systems by bringing our modular farms to residential societies, restaurants, and corporates. This role is about more than selling a product—it’s about championing a sustainable way of living and creating communities that embrace fresh, hyper-local produce. As an early team member, you’ll take full ownership of building partnerships, driving results, and laying the foundation for our growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Partnership Development:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to establish partnerships for installing Cosy Farms’ modular farming systems.
- Build long-term relationships with residential societies, restaurants, and corporates to grow the Cosy ecosystem.
Community Engagement & Produce Sales:
- Create strategies to drive produce sales within communities and foster active participation around farming modules.
- Organize workshops, events, and campaigns to promote sustainability and encourage customer involvement.
Ownership & Autonomy:
- As one of the first hires, take full ownership of sales, strategy, and execution to drive the company’s growth.
- Provide actionable market insights and feedback to continuously refine offerings and improve engagement.
Drive Results:
- Take ownership of achieving targets related to installations, produce sales, and community growth while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Build repeatable processes and frameworks that set the stage for long-term scalability.
Who You Are:
- Sales-Driven Professional: You bring 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven ability to secure partnerships and close deals efficiently.
