Position Overview:

As a Talent Specialist, you will play a key role in our recruitment and talent management processes. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and developing strategies to enhance our employer brand. Your expertise will help ensure that we build a diverse and talented workforce aligned with our company’s vision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for the entertainment industry and understanding of its unique talent needs is a plus.
