What you will do:


Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned YouTube Specialist to lead and optimize our YouTube strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in content creation, channel management, and performance analytics, driving brand growth and engagement through video.




Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube strategy.
  2. Manage video content creation, from ideation to production and publishing.
  3. Optimize YouTube SEO, tags, and metadata to boost visibility.
  4. Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align YouTube efforts with overall marketing goals.
  6. Identify and collaborate with influencers/creators to expand audience reach.
  7. Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  8. Plan and manage video ad campaigns for maximum impact.
  9. Experiment with formats like shorts, live streams, and community posts to engage viewers.

Who you are:

  1. Proven experience in YouTube management and content strategy (8-12 years).
  2. Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and growth strategies.
  3. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  4. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to drive innovation and creativity in video content.
