The Manager of Social Media Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementingcomprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversionsacross various social media platforms. This individual will lead a team of social media specialistsand work closely with other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketingobjectives.

Role and Responsibilities:● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get graphics and videos created as percampaign needs.● Take complete ownership of social media activities, including content strategy,scheduling, and performance tracking.● Cover events such as camps, product launches, and other key initiatives, ensuringreal-time updates and engaging content.● Stay updated with trends and apply insights to enhance our social media presenceand performance.● Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility andengagement across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, , and YouTube.● Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, andprofessional development opportunities.● Create and oversee the implementation of content calendars, ensuring timely and consistentposting of high-quality, engaging content.● Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respondpromptly to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media activities with overall marketingcampaigns, product launches, and promotions.● Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimizeperformance and drive continuous improvement.● Analyze key metrics and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of social mediaefforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.● Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in socialmedia marketing, and share knowledge with the team.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, customerservice, and product development, to support organizational objectives.● Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, andinfluencers to secure coverage and endorsements that amplify our brand and messaging.● Monitor media coverage and sentiment, track PR metrics, and prepare regular reports toevaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts and inform future strategies.● Implement social bookmarking strategies to increase website traffic, improve search enginerankings, and enhance online visibility through platforms such as Reddit, Digg,StumbleUpon, and Delicious.

Skills Required:● Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc., excellentcommunication skills, and expertise in audience targeting.● Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.● In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compellingcontent and engage with audiences effectively.● Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creationsoftware.● Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.● Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploringinnovative approaches to social media marketing.● Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, andmanage multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications and Education Requirements:● Master’s or Bachelor’s in Marketing or relevant field.● 5 years of relevant experience.
